I Don't have to Stay There...

Father, You have brought me out of the darkness that once consumed my life. I no longer need to hide in my past experience or trauma. I know that every now and then there will be triggers that take me back to my lowest place, but I do not have to stay there because You made a way of escape for me. In those moments, please take my hand and lead me back to You. In Jesus Name, Amen.
